Business Salt, a training and consultancy organization, appointed Ecannus Design to devise a new look for their growing business. The challenge was to re-energize the brand and exhibit a fresh and mature perspective while operating within the realms of their existing philosophy. They currently conducted themselves as fun people who meant serious business.
Ecannus walked the tight rope between the brand’s existing image on one side and a dazzling relaunch on the other. Consequently, we used caricatures to depict fun, yet kept them minimalistic to avoid an overkill. Similarly, a not-so-overpowering red was chosen to introduce vibrancy without shrieking for attention. A distinct salt particle was created that formed a part of the logo and was ingeniously used across all communications.
